This Privacy Policy provides information about collecting and processing personal data when you visit websites owned by PRO INTEGRIS d.o.o. from Split, OIB: 21489337434 (further on: PRO INTEGRIS). The Policy introduces the types of personal data we may collect, the purpose we use it for, and the actions we take to protect it. The Policy also states the user’s rights in processing personal data.

In collecting and processing personal information, we act as management defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data processing through a contact form

When you make an inquiry through our website (e.g., using the contact form), we ask you for information such as name, surname, and e-mail address. To provide a quality reply to your inquiry, we may ask you for additional information (such as phone number).

The information you noted in the inquiry serves us to respond and provide all requested information about our products and services. We may contact you several times by e-mail after receiving your inquiry to ensure that we provide the information you requested. The legal base for data processing is our legitimate interest in providing the information to visitors to set a possible service sale.

Your inquiry is stored and processed as an e-mail service provided by Microsoft within the European Economic Area (EEA).

We preserve your personal data during communication and exchange of information about our products and services.
12 months after the last communication, all your personal data will be deleted. Anyhow, you can request the deletion of your personal data from our database at any time.

Storing your personal data on our website, information is securely sent over the Internet, using high-quality encryption, and saved on servers.

User’s rights

According to regulations for protecting personal data, you have the following rights:

  • to ask for the methods of processing your data (including receiving a copy of data), as well as correcting if the specified data is incorrect.
  • to resign your consent at any time. Resignation of the consent does not affect the legality of processing data based on consent before resignation.
  • to transfer data to another controller for processing data when technically feasible.
  • ask to stop using your data temporarily if you believe we’re not processing it according to the law.
  • ask for the deletion of your data in cases if the processing is based on your consent or for legitimate interest as a legal base for processing, or in some other cases provided by the regulation.
  • to submit a complaint regarding the processing of personal data.

Automated individual decision-making and sending data outside the EU

You have the right not to be included in a decision based on automated processing only, including creating a profile that has legal effects on you or similar effects.

We’re not using automated individual decision-making on our website for the services we currently provide.
